Well, here we go again. After Hillary has won the Pennsylvania tussle, we find ourselves with no clear winner on the Democrat side.

Originally, I had hoped that Obama would defeat her and he would be a relatively easy person to defeat in November. I now find myself with doubts that if he does get the nomination, he would be defeated.

I base this on the mistake I made in the 1992 election when I thought there was no way Bill Clinton could win. I’m not going to repeat that error.

Can Obama win? Absolutely. He has proven the ability to win over Hillary in the states that are predominately Republican. I think the primary reason for this is the fact that she exhibits all that people do not appreciate in a trustworthy representative. Now why is that.

Hillary’s track record with the truth is somewhat checkered. The Whitewater fiasco, the cattle futures question, the billing records, Travel-Gate, Vince Foster, Bill’s peccadillo’s, sniper fire, and just a few more. I won’t even go into the fact she was fired as a law clerk during the Water-Gate investigation.

Back to Obama. The big questions haven’t really been answered by him. Yes, he did release Re. Wright from his campaign, but, he didn’t say anything about his wife’s questionable statements. He hasn’t said anything about the “Che” flag in his Houston campaign headquarters. His statements backing more government, re-distribution of wealth with repeal of the tax cuts, no definitive votes on many issues by voting “present” and backing partial birth abortion.

Obama keeps saying “Yes we can”. Yes we can what? From his track record I see nothing good coming from a president who’s spent twenty years listening to the rants of a pastor who espouses hate for the white man, damnation for our country, and leniency toward militant Islam.

If the Democrats retain the House and Senate, I can imagine what will happen to property rights, free speech, and everything else guaranteed in the Constitution. I can see this document torn to pieces under the guise of “Political Correctness” and the indoctrination of the young through the National Teacher’s Union.

George Bush has made a lot of mistakes in his eight years. The biggest was trying to capitulate with the Democrat/Fascist leadership in Congress.
