Well, here we go again. After Hillary has won the Pennsylvania tussle, we find ourselves with no clear winner on the Democrat side.

Originally, I had hoped that Obama would defeat her and he would be a relatively easy person to defeat in November. I now find myself with doubts that if he does get the nomination, he would be defeated.

I base this on the mistake I made in the 1992 election when I thought there was no way Bill Clinton could win. I’m not going to repeat that error.

Can Obama win? Absolutely. He has proven the ability to win over Hillary in the states that are predominately Republican. I think the primary reason for this is the fact that she exhibits all that people do not appreciate in a trustworthy representative. Now why is that.

Hillary’s track record with the truth is somewhat checkered. The Whitewater fiasco, the cattle futures question, the billing records, Travel-Gate, Vince Foster, Bill’s peccadillo’s, sniper fire, and just a few more. I won’t even go into the fact she was fired as a law clerk during the Water-Gate investigation.

Back to Obama. The big questions haven’t really been answered by him. Yes, he did release Re. Wright from his campaign, but, he didn’t say anything about his wife’s questionable statements. He hasn’t said anything about the “Che” flag in his Houston campaign headquarters. His statements backing more government, re-distribution of wealth with repeal of the tax cuts, no definitive votes on many issues by voting “present” and backing partial birth abortion.

Obama keeps saying “Yes we can”. Yes we can what? From his track record I see nothing good coming from a president who’s spent twenty years listening to the rants of a pastor who espouses hate for the white man, damnation for our country, and leniency toward militant Islam.

If the Democrats retain the House and Senate, I can imagine what will happen to property rights, free speech, and everything else guaranteed in the Constitution. I can see this document torn to pieces under the guise of “Political Correctness” and the indoctrination of the young through the National Teacher’s Union.

George Bush has made a lot of mistakes in his eight years. The biggest was trying to capitulate with the Democrat/Fascist leadership in Congress.

Al Gore has saved us. The sun is decreasing it’s evil warming cycle and will be giving us cooler temperatures so the Polar Bears won’t drown etc. etc.

It saddens me however, that I won’t be able to invest in Greenland banana futures. I was also considering getting into Alaska Avocados Inc. Of course that also eliminates the possibility of establishing a pineapple plantation in Papillion Nebraska.

Where did this piece of enlightenment come from? Why from the bastion of the home of the original Bolshevics. Novosti, the Russian News and Information Agency of course. Oh be still my heart. How could the icon of Socialism abandon the children of Lenin at a time like this when they are paving the way for world domination of the system that promises equality for all and prosperity for none?

Can it be that logic has prevailed and the actual science has won out over mindless global hysteria? Poor Al, what ever will he do to stay in the hearts and minds of the Left? I have a feeling we’re not done with him yet.

While the debate about AGW goes on, there are still those who question whether the “reality” of global warming should be of a real concern. Up until now, the people who look at this debate and question the science used to arrive at the iconic “Hockey Stick” indicator have been pooh poohed by the disciples of Mister Gore and the left wing environmentalists.

Here we have a refreshing addition to the attack on the doubters with Mr. Gore wanting to spend $300,000,000.00 to educate the “children”. He wants the total global CO2 output by 90%. His program of education would be similar to that of the indoctrination and re-education programs in the former Soviet Union from the looks of it.

$300,000m000.00 Dollars. Think of it. Pushing an education program designed to teach children that man can change the natural ebb and flow of the earths climate. How realistic is this?

The money has to come from somewhere and as yet Mr. Gore hasn’t said to which extent General Electric has promised to contribute, nor any other corporation that has hitched it’s wagon to this “Green Agenda”. One other possibility of a funding source would be Chinese and the Indians. Both countries have increased their consumption of gasoline and other energy sources in the last decade.

While we ponder the possibility of China and India spewing more and more CO2 into the atmosphere, why are the countries of the free world being fed the dogma of melting ice caps, drowning polar bears, drying fields, rising sea levels, starving children, rampant disease, and a host of other maladies associated with mass hysteria promulgated by pseudo science?

The answer to that is very clear. Follow the money. Somehow it all comes down to that. It seems General Electric will profit considerably from the conversion from an oil based economy to an electric based economy. They’ve invested heavily into wind and solar research but strangely, they haven’t been as adamant on the pursuit of nuclear energy.

Why don’t they throw this up on the wall as well? It stuck in France and is working quite well. I can only guess at this point, but it may be the environmentalist mind-set still has Three Mile Island and Chernobyl as their only model.

How can that be since these were facilities designed and built in the ’60s. Wait, that’s it! these people are from the ’60s. It is the same people who were doing acid and getting high while the rest of the world was out doing the work of making life better. Maybe Al Gore is only another bad trip they can’t ignore and they’re doing their best to placate that evil spirit since they clearly aren’t behaving rationally.

New facts emerge. Hillary didn’t lie about her trip to Bosnia. Actually it wasn’t Bosnia, it was when she got back to DC when she had to dodge sniper fire.

Obama not lying. Unsubstantiated. We have no definitive basis what he believes in other than Socialism.

McCain Lying. He can’t, he didn’t remember the question.

The stadium is a done deal, in Leahy’s mind.
